The Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal invites submission of unsolicited manuscripts. We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned except on receipt of return postage. The Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal generally follows the conventions of The Chicago Manual of Style (15th ed. 2003). Citations generally conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010).

The IPLJ accepts submissions from academics, practitioners, and Fordham Law students. Please note that we do not accept submissions from students currently pursuing a J.D. degree outside of Fordham. All submissions must be accompanied with a C.V. Our review period for each Volume begins in June of each year with offers extended in July at the earliest.
